Qualified SAP/On Construction Energy Assessor. Ref 01/11 App 005

As part of our continued expansion we are looking for a qualified Energy Assessor, able to certify and issue On Construction Energy Performance Certificates (OCEPCs) for new residential developments.

The successful candidate will be dealing with both one off, single dwelling schemes as well as work with volume house builders on larger projects. He or she will work in a small team of assessors focussed on completing projects with the highest degree of accuracy, on time and to the clients total satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are vital, as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure to achieve the objectives.

In the first instance the successful candidate will be offered associate status and will work on a job by job basis as a contracted consultant. 

Although the successful candidate will initially be expected to work from home, he or she will ideally live in the Exeter area, as business meetings in the Exeter office will be required.
